Sales Representative, Outside Staffing Sales Rep, Recruitment Sales
Sales Representative, Outside Staffing Sales Rep, Recruitment Sales & Account Management - Nationwide staffing firm seeks a professional Business Development Manager to work at their offices in Rock Falls, IL. You will be scheduling potential new client appointments through telemarketing, cold calls and referrals, as well as following up with current clients.
You will earn $35,000 to $40,000 a year, based on your experience, plus commissions. In addition, you will receive mileage and expense reimbursement, health insurance benefits, paid holiday, and paid vacation time off.
Your responsibilities will primarily be to open new accounts and to maintain the profitability of current accounts with good follow up. In addition, you will be expected to:
o Submit weekly sales reports detailing the week's activity, results and plans for the following week.
o Assist in the annual preparation of a detailed forecast including projected billable hours, sales, gross profit and weekly spread.
o Report weekly forecasted results to SVP of Sales.
o Ensure the margin achievement is consistent with established business goals.
o Effectively sell services to key client decision makers while reaching desired profit levels consistent with established business goals.
o Write Requests for Proposals for new business.
o Prepare reports of business transactions and maintain your expense reports.
In order to be considered for this position, you must have at least one (1) year of direct sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment. You will be managing a territory and expected to build relationships with clients and meet or exceed your sales goals.
In addition, you must:
o Be able to analyze market conditions and competition to achieve increasing sales revenues.
o Have reliable transportation.
o Be able to work weekends and to travel, as needed.
o Some industry experience is preferred, but not required.
